The Spy Coast by Tess Gerritsen

My TBR pile is long. But when I went to Thrillerfest in New York City and heard Tess Gerritsen describe this book, I knew immediately that I would be reading it.

Ms. Gerritsen moved to a tiny town in Maine and realized that quite a few of her new retired neighbors weren’t inclined to talk about their careers.

She’d moved into a the same community as a whole bunch of retired CIA, and that became the basis for The Spy Coast. The result is a globe-spanning tale with small town cred and great female characters. I can’t wait for the next one!
